I’m delighted to pass on one of my favourite qigong tools for releasing stress and calming your mind. I personally use this style of foundation meditation as part of my practice on a daily basis and have taught it to many people to help them relax their body, mind and nervous system from the stresses and strains that can build up from the pressures of day to day life.
